a little about me

Hello, my name is Tim Roulette, a Licensed Massage Therapist in Tampa, Florida.
I received my education at a private massage school in Appleton, Wisconsin that specializes in therapeutic treatment.
Although I am trained in Swedish massage, my specialty is neuromuscular therapy.  Neuromuscular diseases affect the function of muscles due to problems with the nerves and muscles in your body.
I am state and nationally certified and licensed.  In the past 20 years, I have trained myself, and I continue to train myself, using a unique combination of modalities.  This has allowed me to maintain the skill level needed to help you with your pain management.
I have a true passion for helping people alleviate their pain.

“Tim was recommended by a good friend of mine. I had been dealing with back and shoulder pain that I just could not find relief from. Tim worked magic. He understood my pain and explained what was causing it and how he would address it. I will be going to him on a regular basis! For a therapeutic massage that truly addresses your problems, you must see Tim.”

“I have been seeing Tim on and off for almost 4 years. I saw him once a month for a year and a half when I lived in Tampa and then as often as I was able when I moved. I am now back in Tampa and seeing him monthly. He is literally the only medical professional who has ever been able to relieve my pain, heal some issues completely, and keep me going. I have seen many chiropractors and physical therapists since I was 7 (for 20 years now) and only he has been able to help with my scoliosis, bulging discs, hip pain, hand pain/tingling, etc. He can address all of it and I can see that he is growing and expanding his knowledge base constantly! Not only do I feel physically better and alive after I leave, but mentally my spirits are boosted! He is such a pleasure to be around, so personable, great to talk to, and genuinely cares about each of his patients.
Thank you so much Tim for all you have done and continue to do!”

“I've been going to Tim for about 6 months after signing up for a monthly package. Tim is definitely worth it. I'm a hardcore athlete and not only is he extremely knowledgeable, he does a great job focusing on the areas that I hit hard at the gym everyday. I always feel amazing after a session with Tim. The office is in a great location and it's extremely clean. I would definitely recommend Tim to anyone.”

“Tim is not some run of the mill masseur. He is a healer. I have never had a more cathartic session in my life. He truly wants to eradicate your pain, so he listens, but his hands are also divining rods to find and release pain you didn't know you had. I have been dealing with a running injury for months and was reticent to believe that massage would help. After just 1 session, I feel a difference. I had learned to live with the pain, but I am grateful that he has shown me I don't have to. I cannot recommend him enough.”
